AsterSpring’s Living Juice Bar offers nutrient-packed meals and juices

Tired of all the junk that you have been eating? Junk referring to fast food, fried food, your regular curry meals and all that fall under the dead food category which also includes processed food.

At AsterSpring’s Living Juice Bar, instead of feeding our hunger pangs with these food stuff, you can feast on a wide choice of fresh raw fruits and snacks that are made without artificial additives. First of its kind, the juice bar boasts of skin-beautifying and health-enhancing supplements from the Bioxil Innertreats’ range that is incorporated with fresh juices of local and imported fruits.

One drink that should not be missed is the AsterSpring Beauty, an Innertreats Special Smoothie. This unique beauty elixir is a blend of red dragonfruit chunks, succulent cucumber boosted with Bioxil Innertreats Skin Radiance sachet. Also under the beverages menu is the Immune Charger. A delightful concoction of green apple, beetroot and celery, this drink helps you boost your immune system.

"Aside from these juices, we also have speciality teas that are served hot, each having its own beauty and healing attributes. One of them is be the Citron Honey tea. No worries of messiness as these healthy bites are neatly served. Made of whole wheat bread, a must try is the Country Farm Chicken Sandwich and the Tangy Tuna Sandwich. Other sandwiches on the list are All-Fresh Green Goddess sandwich, A Nordic Adventure Smoked Salmon sandwich and the American Turkey Club sandwich with Cranberry Relish. Each of these sandwiches are served hot and have twists of fruity bits.

If you are not a fan of sandwiches, try the bar’s fruit or gourmet salads. A colourful mix of 10 fruits, you can enjoy the Fresh From The Grocers Fruit salad. For a more savoury choice, try the Healthy Heart Smoke Salmon salad. Enjoy your salads with a choice of over 15 types of yoghurt sauce including, green tea, blueberry, passionfruit and strawberry.

While you are enjoying your meal and drink, do remember to keep some space for dessert. All desserts contain a yoghurt powder imported from Korea. Allowing you to indulge without guilt, these desserts are yoghurt cheese cakes flavoured with berry lavender, carrot muffin, tiramisu and chocolate mango. It is not necessary that you consume these yoghurt in the cakes, you can also opt for yoghurt smoothies or yoghurt served plain.

Inspired by the underlying philosophy that revolves around healthy eating and living, Living Juice Bar features a menu that is specially formulated by Lee to ensure that you are treated with nutrient-packed meals.
